We look forward to providing you with a professional service that I believe every care leaver deserves and more importantly should expect from a care provider.

BridenLloyd Has been delivering a professional service for Young People leaving care for four years in May 2010 and we still believe that "it is not the challenges that we face that makes us, but how we overcome the challenges that will decide who we really are". We just have to believe.

Overall a very good service that has been provided to the young people placed by myself. I was very impressed with their ability to liaise and work with other professionals, using their own initiative.

BridenLloyd is a new and innovative service to assist Looked After Young People in making the transition from care to independence. We pride ourselves in providing the type of service that young people actually need.
Our services are targeted to not only prevent social exclusion, but to maximize the life opportunities and personal development of all our service users.

The underlying principle that underpins our intervention is the active promotion of self-reliance towards independence. We therefore seek to enable and empower each person to realise their full potential. We respect and encourage the rights of individuals to freedom of choice and self expression, as they are consistent with our equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory policies.

Through working in partnership we seek to involve young people in all decisions affecting themselves or service provision. We believe that services planned with young people are the ones most likely to succeed. BLITU, seeks

to develop personal resilience and a positive sense of well being in young people. It is also our belief in young people’s dignity and worth, that forms the foundation of the service provided by BLITU.
